Texting while you walk has now been banned in a New Jersey town and will even land you an $85 fine. The town passed the law, because there were so many accidents - some were even fatal. Also, this morning while we spoke about the new ban, we also spoke about a news video which showed a man who ran into a bear while he was texting while walking and this is too unbelievable to not share.
