We've been talking about some cool shows coming to the area, and now we've got another one we will be telling you about. Just not yet. Listen Monday Morning at 7:30 am for a Concert Announcement from 88.5 WJIE!
The Aztecs invented peanut butter in the 14th century, but peanut butter cookies didn’t become an American favorite until the early 1900s. In 1932, the Schenectady Gazette published the first peanut butter cookie recipe that called for crisscrossed fork marks on the top. To celebrate National Peanut Butter Cookie Day, dig out Grandma’s famous recipe or try this one that I found this morning. Plus, it's Blueberry Tuesday so check out today's recipe in the previous post.
